Head Chef/ Owner, Chris Lloyd has a wealth of restaurant trade experience built up over the last twenty five years. He attended school in Rhyl before moving onto study catering at Llandrillo college. He continued with his love of cooking and to further his career left North Wales, working in different establishments across Lancashire and Cheshire, including The Wild Boar™ in Beeston and The Bells of Peover™ in Cheshire, both renowned for their high standards and excellent cuisine. Chris returned to North Wales in the late 1990′s working in Prestatyn before opening The Bistro in 2003.

From the moment you enter into our newly refurbished lounge area our friendly staff will work to ensure you enjoy your visit, providing recommendations on food and drink before escorting you to your table to enjoy your meal.
